Peaching full description

Day 1: Arrival at Mandala House, checking in, dinner.

Day 2: Fruit picking: you can pick your own luscious, traditional Gönci-apricot. Lively picnic lunch on the field. Marmalade making in the afternoon in the vein of traditional and new methods, with sugar, eritrit and honey, learning local methods and tricks in the process.

Day 3: Testing lots of ideas in practice about the various methods of making apricot-based products. If you are not keen on participating, you can try your skills at archery or indoor climbing – children are welcome! (If you are travelling with children underage, you can request assistance in writing beforehand). Huge, collective dinner combined with schnapps tasting at the BESTILLO Distillery.

Day 4: End of the program. Breakfast made from a wide variety of exceptional local products. Did you love the wine, the honey and all the other unique delicacies of the region? The products of Boldogkőváralja and the neighboring countryside can be found in a nice case, waiting for you in the Mandala House’s kitchen, so you can take home the delicacies offered by the county!
