Day 1: Arrival at Mandala House, checking in, dinner

Day 2: A healthy breakfast from local products and herbal teas made from the herbs around the county. Try the house’s own smoothie too: the yellow one for keeping your youth and vitality (apricot with mint, pear with basil or carrot-rhubarb), the green one for detoxification (keeping your mind and body fresh), or the various other ones, made from beets, plum or blackberry. After breakfast, we will take a tour around Várdomb, where we will have an interesting presentation about various herbs and how to use them at home, while having a refreshing tea.

Day 3: An hour and a half before breakfast, we will have a nice, refreshing class of yoga that will refresh your mind and body. During the afternoon, a soundbath will relieve you from stress, energize your mind and body. During the day and between those two programs, a yoga teacher, Edit Halmos can give you advice about naturopathy.

In the evening, we will visit BESTILLO Distillery, where they produce award-winning fruit brandy. A gourmet dinner will close the day.

Day 4: End of the program. Breakfast made from a wide variety of exceptional local products. Did you love the wine, the honey and all the other unique delicacies of the region? The products of Boldogkőváralja and the neighboring countryside can be found in a nice case, waiting for you in the Mandala House’s kitchen, so you can take home the delicacies offered by the county!
